Goal: To provide reliable, professional in-home assistance tailored to the unique needs of each client, enhancing quality of life while promoting independence.
Offer non-medical personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Ensure consistency and trust through carefully matched caregivers.
Support elderly, disabled, and recovering individuals in maintaining safety and comfort in their own homes.
Provide flexible, private-pay options for clients not eligible or enrolled in Medicaid/CDPAP.
Goal: Create safe, supportive spaces where individuals can build emotional wellness, social skills, and community connection.
Facilitate group-based sessions focused on topics like self-care, stress management, grief support, life skills, and social connection.
Encourage peer interaction and mutual learning in a judgment-free setting.
Strengthen community wellness through accessible, culturally responsive group programs.
